Friday evening 18:00–20:00: Body, Mind & Breath

A calm but deep exploration of the connection between body, mind, and breath.

This slow-paced practice focuses on alignment in asanas to “open” the body and create inner space for prana to flow freely.

Expect to leave feeling restored and relaxed.

Saturday morning 9:30–12:30: Backbends

A lively and energetic morning flow that prepares the arms and legs for more advanced backbends.

This session is energetic, uplifting, and filled with lighthearted play within the disciplined alignment principles of Iyengar Yoga.

Saturday afternoon 14:00–16:00: Hips

An afternoon session that complements the energetic morning practice.

This block will explore seated poses and forward extensions, focusing on how to open the hips and the surrounding muscles.

It’s a detailed unfolding of seated asanas for greater release and flexibility.

Sunday morning 9:30–12:30: Twists and Turns

An exploration of twists in every category of asana. This session dives into the techniques and nuances of twisting to benefit the body, deepen the breath

and release patterns in the mind. Expect to leave energized and refreshed, with a renewed sense of balance in your system.
